2026 - Semen Contract for Brookside Teddy Munchkin (Reg #: B51481)
This contract is not for use with Intracytoplasmic Sperm Injection (ICSI). Contact

I hereby confirm my reservation for Brookside Teddy Munchkin for:
Frozen Semen
[ ] $800 per dose*
Each dose of frozen semen consists of 8 straws, with 800 million-1 billion total sperm
per dose and post-thaw progressive motility >30%.
[ ] $1200 1-Season*
One season multi-dose agreement. Up to 3 doses.
Each dose of frozen semen consists of 8 straws, with 800 million-1 billion total sperm
per dose and post-thaw progressive motility >30%. Up to 3 doses will be provided.
Fresh Cooled Semen
[ ] $800 per dose*
Each dose of cooled semen consists of a minimum of 1 billion progressively motile
sperm when shipped.
[ ] $1200 1-Season*
One season multi-dose agreement. Up to 3 shipments.
Two doses of cooled semen are routinely provided per shipment. A maximum of three
shipments will be permitted. If the mare is not in foal after the first two breedings, a
clean uterine culture certificate must be submitted to WGE by the owner’s veterinarian
within 30 days of breeding on the next estrous cycle.
*Cooled and frozen semen collection and distribution is handled by WellGrove Equine (WGE). They can be reached at 1-561-398-9782 and support@wellgroveequine.com.
Cooled Semen Fees: Routine cooled semen collection/shipment preparation is $325. Routine cooled semen shipping fees are $140. Semen is shipped in a brand new disposable shipper that does not need to be returned.
Frozen Semen Fees: Vapor shipper tank rental and preparation is $210. Routine overnight shipping fees are $425 and includes a prepaid return shipping label. All shipping costs will be charged on the owner’s credit card, unless a personal FedEx or UPS account number is provided to WGE. Same day shipping and Canadian Shipping is possible and can range from $500 to $2,000 depending on availability. For the purpose of 1-Season orders, our breeding season ends on December 31st, 2026. Vet and shipping fees are subject to change.

We are currently collecting Monday through Friday, (subject to change). Notice prior to 5:00 PM EST on the day before collection is our veterinarian's standard operating procedure. They try to accommodate same day requests for semen but they are subject to additional fees and are not always available.

Please note: With a per dose purchase, there is no breeding contract and NO LIVE FOAL GUARANTEE. With a 1-Season purchase, if your mare is not in foal after insemination, we will ship up to 2 additional doses. Shipping and handling will be charged for each shipment. All sales are subject to availability and are final upon acceptance of delivery. Purchaser must take delivery of semen or arrange storage of semen purchased at purchaser’s expense. Hyperion Farm Inc will invoice you via email and you will be able to pay the invoice online using a credit card. Once the invoice is paid, Wellgrove Equine will contact you to finalize shipping details and payment of the collection and shipping fees.
